If you think that your project has a tight budget and you want to progress with structural design as soon as possible, we might have a solution for you.
Working through nearly 600 residential projects we have developed a simple checklist that will allow you to reduce the cost of design by removing the initial site visit fee. For the majority of small residential projects this equals to 20-30% fee cost reduction. If you want to meet us on site then we can get that arranged.
In order to proceed with our remote engineering package, here is a checklist of items you will need to provide us:
- - Min 6 photos of each room in your house (showing each wall, floor and ceiling)
- - Photographs of front / rear and side elevations (if your property is detached)
- - Photographs of rear garden showing trees (if occur)
- - Floor plans in PDF /DWG format
- - Joist span direction in your property (side-to side / front to back ). It is enough to find out the floorboard's direction.
